Instead of wasting valuable time, consumers or brokers can use our complimentary appraiser selection service by ordering their appraisal on our website and defining their specific needs in the notes section of the order form. Once received, the appraisal request is sent to qualified vendors who respond with detailed bids. The consumer or broker then has the option to review the appraiser’s credentials, primary market area, relevant coursework, and appraisal cost before selecting a bid. Once the winning bid is chosen, US Appraisal Group manages the order until completion, including a comprehensive quality control process. The completed report is then emailed to the consumer or broker by their due date.

Each appraiser communicates on our secure network and client confidentiality and service is maintained through delegation of assignments through the main office, located in downtown Chicago. US Appraisal Group also has an alliance with Ellie Mae and Calyx Point, which allows lender clients to place orders directly from origination software already being used in their offices. US Appraisal Group has existing relationships with appraisers that have designations from the Appraisal Institute and the American Society of Appraisers and are certified to complete government sponsored programs such as FHA/VA loans for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
